【Abstract】 Orostachysside extracted from Orostachys fimbriatus, increased the amplitude of isolated rabbits auricles; It increased the output and work of toads’ hearts in vivo.The experimental results on rabbits hearts in vivo showed that orostachysside can increase the maximum rate of left ventricular pressure rise（LVdp/dt max）and the maximum velocity of contractile element, shortening in isovolumic condition (V_ce-CPIP)and duration from the beginning of contraction of left ventricle to blood shooting（t-dp/dt max）, and slow down the heart rate.更多还原
