【摘要】 观察了三七茎叶总甙皂(Ⅰ)对果蝇寿命、飞翔能力、头部脂褐素含量及小鼠组织LPO含量和SOD活性的影响。结果表明:(Ⅰ)可延长果蝇平均寿命,提高其飞翔能力,降低头部脂褐素含量,抑制小鼠体内外组织的LPO生成并提高小鼠血、脑组织SOD活性。提示(Ⅰ)有延寿和增强机体活力的作用,该作用与其抗自由基损伤有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of total saponin from stalk and leaf of Panax notoginseng (Burk.)F.H.Chen (TS-SLPN) on the life-span of drosophila, their flying ability, the content of lipofuscin in their heads, and of malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in tissues or blood of mice were investigated. Results showed that TSSLPN was able to prolong singnifica ntly the average life-span of drosophila; increased the flying ability and reduced the content of lipofuscin in the head of drosophila. In addition, TSSLPN could singnificantly reduce the contents of MDA in liver, heart and brain of mice both in vitro and in vivo and also increase SOD activity in blood and brain of mice. These effects indicated that TSSLPN can prevent the damage of organisms and delay the process of aging with elimination of free radicals.更多还原
