【Abstract】 Matrine in Sophora flavescens Air., and its compound pharmaceutical formulations after thanol extraction were determined by capillary gas chromatography using 25m×0.33mm OV-101 glass ca- pillary column flame ionization detector, and nonadecanol as internal standard. Good results could be obtained. The recoveries were more than 97.9%. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.更多还原
