【Abstract】 Five compounds were isolated from the root of Peucedanum praeruptorum, Their structures were identified as （-）-Peucedanol, Daucosterol, marmesinin, skimmin and galactitol by physico chemical Properties and UV, IR, ¹HNMR, ¹³CNMR, 2D-NMRand MS. Among them. （-）-peucedanol and galactitol were isolated from the plant for the fisrt time. Their structures and assignments of NMR signals were studied in detail.更多还原
