【Abstract】 Comparative analysis of alkaloids in the bulbs of Fritillaria anhuiensis S.C.chen et S.F. Yin(Ⅰ), F. thunbergii Miq.(Ⅱ)and F. delaveyi Franeh.(Ⅲ)were carried out by HPTLC, spectro-photometrie and dual-wavelength TLC-scanning. Results indicated that contents of total alkaloids in Ⅰ are higher than Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The contents of main alkaloids in Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ are distinctly different. This work will provide experimental basis for the distinction and quality control of Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ.更多还原
