柴胡属植物挥发油成分分析
Analysis of the Volatile Oils from the Drugs Bupleurum
【摘要】 对柴胡属7种植物的挥发油成分进行了色谱分析,采用面积归一化法对各组分进行定量;并对其中2种植物(北柴胡和小叶黑柴胡)的挥发油成分进行了色谱-质谱分析,共初步鉴定出53种化学成分。
【Abstract】 Volatile Oils were collected by steam distillation from the root or stem and leaf of 7 sPecies of genus Bupleurum. In a preliminary study of the oil from 2 sPocies(B,smithii wolffvar.parvifolium Shan et Y. Li and B.chinense DC. )53 chemical constituents were identified by means of GC-MS analysis.
