【Abstract】 The main chemical constituents in the ethereal extract derived from the callus of Aquilaria sinensis cultured on MS medium supplemented with 0.2mg/L NAA and 1mg/L kinetin were the same as the ethereal extract of the healthy wood tissue of A. sinensis. They were hexadecanoic, 9-octadecenoic and 10, 12-octadecadienoic acid. It might be a good way to study the biosynthesis of agarwood sesquiterpenoid by callus culture of A. sinensis.更多还原
