胡椒酸甲酯对大鼠血清胆固醇的调整作用及机理
Effects of Methyl Piperate on Rat Serum Cholesterol Level and Its Mechanism of Action
【摘要】 大鼠和小鼠高胆固醇血症实验模型的研究结果表明,10、20、40mg/kg胡椒酸甲酯明显抑制高胆固醇饲料所致的大鼠血清TC、TC/HDL-C水平的提高;20mg/kg胡椒酸甲酯显著提高大鼠血清LCAT的活性,有效地抑制Triton-WR-1839诱发的小鼠血清TC水平的升高,80mg/kg胡椒酸甲酯显著降低Triton-WR-1339诱发高胆固醇血症小鼠的血清TC,提示胡椒酸甲酯降低血清TC的作用与抑制胆固醇的合成,促进胆固醇的酯化和排泄有关。
【Abstract】 Methyl piperate(MP)significantly decreased serum total cholesterol and serum total cholesterol/high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio, while increased leoithin cholesterol acyltransferase activity in hypercholesterolemic rats. MP was shown to inhibit the first phase and to accelerate the second phase of triton induced hypercholesterolemic in mice.In view of the above results, it is conceivable that MP may inhibit chloesterol biosynthesis and promote its esterification and excretion.
