【Abstract】 Two coumarins, Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from MeOH-H₂O extract of the roots of Angelica pubescens. On the basis of chemical reaction and UV, IR, ¹HNMR, ¹³CNMR and FABMS spectral data, the structure of coumarin Ⅰ has been established as columbianctin-β-D-glucopyranoside, while Ⅱ is a new eoumarin named as 2′-（1″, 2″, 3″-trihydroxy）-iso-pentyl-angelicinol.
