SLE患者外周血HLA-DR阳性单核细胞表达率与血清POE2 IL-1含量的关系
Correlation between expression rate of HLA-DR positive monocytes in peripheral blood and content of PGE2, IL-1 in sera of SLE patients
【摘要】 本文对43例SLE患者和19例健康女性的血清PGE2、IL-1含量和外周血HLA-DR+单核细胞表达率检测研究。结果表明,SLE活动期患者HLA-DR+单核细胞表达率(77.3±9.51%)明显高于稳定期患者(52±14.74%)和健康人(52±5.88%)(P<0.O1)。而SLE稳定期患者血清PGE2含量(298±220pg/ml)显著高于活动期患者(106±64pg/ml)和健康人(113±34pg/ml)(P<0.01)。SLE患者HLA-DR+单核细胞表达率与血清PGE2含量之间呈现较好负相关(r=-0.65,P<0.05)。活动期患者血清IL-1活性水平(2.58±0.62)高于稳定期患者(1.78±0.44)(P<0.05),但两者血清IL-1活性水平与健康人(1.98±0.30)比较无统计学差异,然而SLE患者血清IL-1活性水平与HLA-DR+单核细胞表达率之间也存在弱正相关(r=0.58,P<0.05)。本实验研究表明,SLE患者的HLA-DR+单核细胞表达率变化与血清PGE2和IL-1含量变化之间存在相关性。
【Abstract】 The expression rate of HLA-DR+ monocyte in peripheral blood and con-tent of PGE2, IL-l in sera or 43 SLE and 19 normal individuals were observed. The re-sults showed that the expression rate of HLA-DR+ monocytes averaged 52±5.88% in 19normal individuals. In 46 patients with SLE, HLA-DR+ monocytes averaged 77.3±9.51% in 24 active patients, and 52±14.74% in 19 remission patients. There were signi-ficant difference of the HLA-DR+ monocytes between active patients, remission patientesand normal individuals (P<0.01). The PGE2 content in sera of remission patients (298±220 pg/ml) was significantly higber than that or active patients (106±64 pg/ml) andnormal indiyduals (113±34 pg/ml) (P<0.01). In SLB patients, there were negative cor-relation (r=-0.65, P<0.05) between PGE2 content in sera and HLA-DR expressionrate. The IL-l level in sera of active patients (2.58±0.62) was higher than that of re-mission patients (1.78±0.447)(P<0.05), but the IL-1 level of active and remission pa-tients showed no marked difference from that or the normal individuals (1.988±0.30).The level of IL-1 and expression rate of HLA-DR+ monocytes had weak correlation (r=0.58, P<0.05) in SLB patients, too. These results illustrated that in SLE patients therewas a correlation between the expression rate of HLA-DR+ monocytes and content ofserum PGE2 and IL-1.
