柑桔果皮色泽遗传的研究
Studies on the Rind Color Heredity of Citrus
【摘要】 对63个杂交组合1876个杂种单株的果皮色泽进行了连续多年的调查统计,结果表明,黄色性状呈隐性遗传,受rryy基因控制;橙色性状的基因型为异质结合,在供试亲本中共有Rryy、rrYY、rrYy 3种基因型;红色基因R的表达必须以橙色基因Y为前提,只有具备R-Y-基因型时杂种才能出现红色性状。因此,要获得优良的红色品种,其亲本之一须具有R基因,而另一亲本须具有Y基因,或者亲本一方是红色品种。
【Abstract】 Many years’ investigation results on the heredity patterns of citrus fruit rind color of 1876 hybrid seedlings in 63 cross combinations showed that the yellow rind is a recessive character controlled by genotype rryy, and that the orange rind is controlled by the heterozygous combinations of Rryy, rrYY or rrYy. The expression of red gene R must have the existence of orange gene Y, in other words, only R-Y-genotypes are the red rind.In order to obtain the red rind hybrid the parents must have gene R and Y, or at lest one parent is the red rind variety.
