大功率CO2激光器非平衡态合成单晶的研究
A Investigation of Noneguilibrium Crystal Growth by use of High Power cw CO2 Laser
【摘要】 用大功率CO2激光器非平衡态制取单晶的方法从固态混合物熔体(Al2O 3-10mol%Cr2O)3)-M0,Al2O3-(50,60,80)mol%WO3中合成了可分离的M0O3,Al2O3及Al2O3·3WO3,Al2O3·4WO3单晶体,分析表明,激光非平衡态下生成的单晶与平衡态下生长的同种物质单晶在微观参量及外观上一致,而非平衡态下激光合成的晶体可以是平衡态下由相同的反应物难于生成的物质。
【Abstract】 In the present paper, the method with which single crystal is grown undernonequilibrium by use of high power cw CO2 laser, is probed. With it, MoO3, Al2O3, Al2O3·3WO3and Al2O3·4WO3 crystals separated respectively from (Al2O3-10mol%Cr2O3)-Mo, Al2O3-(50, 60,80)mol%WO3 melt was synthesized at the first time. The analysis for these crystals shows theirproperties on figure and micro- parameters are congruous with that grown under equilibrium, andthe crystals synthesized under nonequilibrium can be new substance which is difficult to form underequilibrium with the same reactants.
