【Abstract】 This paper reports a narrow-pulsewidth, high-power, long-lifetime completely sealed-offultraviolet pulse gas laser in which the mixed-gases are filled. It adopts permantly sealed transitiveglaso window, highly effectine glase-to-metal sealed discharge electrode and thyratron trigger swith. Itspulsewidth is 1～2 ns and its lifetime is over 2 years.更多还原
