高功率封离式选支CO激光器

【摘要】 用制冷机冷却封离式选支CO激光器,在-37℃~26℃温度范围内,测量了激光单线输出功率与温度的关系,在-37℃时,最强单线(5.340μm)功率高达10.2W,获得了82条谱线,在5.085~6.116μm波长范围内标识出74条线。

【Abstract】 The co laser was cooled by a refrigerator.The power output as a fube temperature wasmeasured in therange of-37℃-26℃. The outout increastically with deeresing temperature.At-37℃ thestrongest line at λ=5.340μmhad an output of 10.2W. A total of 82 lines were obtained among which 74 line in thewavclength range5.085-6.116μm were assinged.
