纤维素衍生物反渗透膜铸膜溶液的研究

【摘要】 本文采用IR、粘度测量及Huggins方程和McAllister方程表征和研究了醋酸纤维素、氰乙基醋酸纤维素、钛醋酸纤维素、羟丙基醋酸纤维素等反渗透膜材料的铸膜溶液。结果表明,铸膜溶液中的添加剂磷酸、甲酰胺等与溶剂丙酮有一定的相容性或部分相容性,与纤维素衍生物有一定的氢键、亲核相互作用。添加剂可影响纤维素衍生物大分子之间的相互作用。

【Abstract】 Casting Solutions from cellulose acetate, cyanoethyl acetyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl acetyl cellulose and titanium cellulose acetate have been studied with IR and viscosity methods. McAllister equation and Huggins equation are used to describe the viscosity behavior of acetone-additive solutions and cellulose derivative-acetone-additive solutions, respectively. Phosphoric acid, formamide, npropanol and glycerine were used as additives. It is found that additives used showed a certain effect on the interaction among macromolecules of cellulose derivatives and on their morphological structures.
