椎管神经鞘瘤与脊膜瘤的MRI

【摘要】 笔者对经手术病理证实的13例椎管神经鞘瘤和12例脊膜瘤的临床和MRI表现进行分析。结果表明:神经鞘瘤男性多于女性,脊膜瘤女性显著多于男性;T1加权成像神经鞘瘤信号多低于脊髓,脊膜瘤则高于或相仿于脊髓,T2加权成像前者信号明显高于脊髓,后者仅稍高于或等于脊髓;神经鞘瘤多位于脊髓的侧方和侧后方,而脊膜瘤前、后、左、右发生率大致相同;位于椎管内外的神经鞘瘤和脊膜瘤,前者椎管内肿块位于硬膜外。后者椎管内肿块位于髓外硬膜内。

【Abstract】 Clinical and MRI manifestations of surgical and pathological proved intraspinal neuriomas in 13 cases and spinal meningiomas in 12 cases were anslysed. The results indicated that neurinomas were more common in male than in famale while spinal meningiomas in famale were much more frequently than that in male; in relation to spinal cord, neurinomas had hypointense signal intensity on T1W imaging and remarkable hyperintensity on T2W imaging while meningiomas had hyper or isointense on T1W imaging and slightly or isointense on T2W imaging; neurinoma often located lateral or posterolateral to the spinal cord while meningioma located anterior, posterior left or right(to the spinal cord) equally; when tumors involved both extra and intraspinal space, the intraspinal masses of neurinomas occupied the extradural space, while intraspinal masses of menigiomas occupied the intradural and extramedullary space.
