【摘要】 本文对20例烫吸方式的阿片滥用者进行了Et花环、PHA T淋巴细胞转化率和淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)等实验,测定滥用者细胞免疫功能。结果表明,阿片滥用组外周血中Et值虽属正常范围的下限,但低于正常平均水平,并显著低于该地区对照组平均水平(P<0.05);PHA T淋巴细胞转化率虽也属正常范围,但也显著低于该地区对照组水平(P<0.05)。提示烫吸方式的阿片滥用对细胞免疫功能具有一定的抑制性作用,但不排除滥用者中多种药物滥用和营养不良等因素对免疫功能的可能影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cellular immunologic status of 20 inhalant heroin addicts (IHDAs) was studied. The results showed that compared with the control there was impairment in mi- togen response of cultured T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood (P<0.05); ability of lym- phocyte to rosette sheep red blood cells (SRBC) was low (P<0.05), 12 of the addicts had infective complication, indicating that abnormalities appeared in cellular immune system in chronic IHDAs. However, the factors of polydrug use such as tobacco, alcohol and even DHE, the presence of concurrent infection, and nutritional status of the addicts cannot be excluded.更多还原
