【摘要】 本文首次报道了葫芦科（Cucurbitaceae）植物山苦瓜（Momordica dioica Roxb ex will）的有效成分.从山苦瓜干燥块根的氯仿提取物中分离得到3个纯晶体A,B,C;从正丁醇提取物总息甙的水解产物中得到6个纯晶体D,E,F,G,H,I.经过鉴定,A为硬脂酸(Stearicacid,C₁₈H₃₆O₂);B为α-菠甾醇(α-spinasterol,C₂₉H₄₈O);D为齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid,C₃₀H₄₈O₃);E为丝石竹皂甙元(gypsogenin,C₃₀H₄₆O₄);F为常春藤皂甙元(hederagenin,C₃₀H₄₈O₄),同时,从总皂甙水解产物中鉴定出四种配糖:D—葡萄糖,D—木糖,L—夫糖（岩藻糖）,L—鼠李糖.更多还原

【Abstract】 dioica Momordica are reported first time in this paper. Three pure compounds, crystalsA, B and C are isolated from the chloroform extract of the dried root of Momordica dioica, and sixpure compounds, crystals D, E, E, G, H and I are obtained by acid hydrolysis of the buthl alcohol extract saponins on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and physico-chemical constants, five of them are identified as stearic acid (A),更多还原
