竹红菌甲素的光谱学研究——Ⅲ.表面增强拉曼散射
A Spectroscopic Study of Hypocrelin A Ⅲ. Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering
【摘要】 用真空热蒸发制备银岛膜,得到了吸附于岛膜的竹红菌甲素的表面增强拉曼散射光谱,研究表明甲素的荧光受到有效的抑制,SERS技术是研究有色荧光物质拉曼散射的重要方法.
【Abstract】 We have recorded the SERS spectra of Hypocrelin A molecules adsorbed on Ag island films which were prepared by vacuum coating. The researchs indicate the fluorescence radiation of Hypocrelin A were quenched and SERS is an important and efficiency method in RS experinent of coloured substances.
