NH2CH2COOH-H3PO4-H2O体系的结晶行为及磷酸甘氨酸的晶体结构

【摘要】 研究了NH2CH2COOH-H3PO4-H2O体系的结晶行为,得到三个结晶相,并用X射线衍射法测定了磷酸甘氨酸新晶体和分子结构,晶体的空间群为P21/a,晶体学数据:a=0.9293(3)nm,b=0.7887(2)nm,c=0.9623(4)nm,β=114.70(3)°;V=0.64078(40)nm3;Dc=1.79g/cm3.Z=4.F(000)=359.95(e),μ(Mokα)=3.95 cm-1。并且探讨了从该体系不能得到DGP和TGP的原因。

【Abstract】 The crystallization behaviour of NH2CH2COOH-H3PO4-H2O system has been studied in detail. The experiments show that three different crystalline phases can be obtained from the system and the crystal and molecular structure of glycine phosphate was determined by X-ray crystallography on a four-circle diffractometer. The crystal belongs to space group P21 / a with lattice parameters: a = 0.9293(3)nm, b = 0.7887(2)nm, c = 0.9623(4)nm, 0=114.70(3) nm, V = 0.64078(40)nm3, D=1.79g/cm3. Z = 4, F(000) = 359. 95(e). The structure was refined by the block-matrix least-squares, the final R = 0.0326. The reasons why DGP phase and TGP phase cannot be abtained from NH2CH2COOH-H3PO4-H2O system have been inquired.
