【摘要】 本文通过对使用10万小时后的焦碳塔20g材质进行力学性能、断裂韧性、持久强度、热疲劳试验和金相组织分析,搞清了塔体材质的损伤程度。通过对塔体受力进行综合分析和断裂力学计算,得出了焦碳塔的裂纹容限,并对其剩余寿命进行了估算。最终结论认为焦碳塔仍可再使用10年。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presented the mechanical properties, duration strength, fracture toughness, thermofatigue as well as the metallographic structure of the material cut from a coke tower, which was made of 20g and had been in service for 10~5hours. The evaluation was also made. By means of fracture mechanics calculation the crack tolerance of the tower was obtained and the remain service life was estimated. Finally it was concluded that the tower can be in service for another ten years.更多还原
