【摘要】 本文用6种短期诱变试验(SAL,ECO,SUB,MNM,SOS,MNC)测试了24种有机磷农药的诱变性,结果表明不仅甲基有机磷,而且乙基有机磷和一些其他有机磷均可具有诱变性,并且在有些试验中乙基有机磷还可达到较高的阳性率,在不同试验中甲基有机磷和乙基有机磷阳性率的差异是由于试验反映的遗传学终点的差异和试验系统对有机磷生物转化解毒能力的差异所致.通过观察S9对有机磷诱变性的影响,说明有机磷属直接诱变刑.文中还提出检测有机磷诱变性合理的试验组合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mutagenicity of 24 organo-phosphorus pesticides(OPPs)was tested by using 6 short-term test systems.The results show that not only methyl-OPPs have the mutagenic activity but also ethyl-OPPs and exceptional other-OPPs do.It is noteworthy that the ethyl-OPPs elicit high positive rate in some of the tests employed.It has been demonstrated that the differences of the positive rate between methyl-and ethyl-OPPs in the tests might be relatedto the different genetic end-points of the tests as well as the difference of detoxicating biotransformation ability of the tests.The effect of S9 on mutagenicity of OPPs was investigated.The results suggest that all of the tested OPPs are the direct mutagen.A reasonable battery of short-term tests for testing the mutagenic activity of OPPs has been recommended.更多还原
