粉防己碱对猫脑缺血的保护作用及其对皮质前列腺素F2α含量的影响
Effect of tetradrine on the prostaglandin F2α of cerebral cortex and brain protection in cerebral ischemic cats
【摘要】 利用双侧颈总动脉并双侧椎动脉阻断致猫脑缺血模型,观察了粉防己碱和尼莫地平对脑缺血猫的神经功能状态和脑皮质内前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)含量的影响,结果提示粉防己碱和尼莫地平均可以促进缺血后再灌流猫的神经功能恢复,具有较强的脑缺血保护作用,且这种保护作用与其降低缺血期及再灌流后脑皮质内PGF2α的含量有关。
【Abstract】 The cerebral ischemia was produced by bilateral carotid and vertebral arteries(BCA+BVA)occlusion in cats.The effects of tetradrine and nimodipine intracarotid flush during the arteries occlusion was observed.The experimental results show that the tetradrine can improve the neurologic function recovery from BCA+BVA occlusion 40 minutes,and inhibit the rise of cerebral cortex PGF2α as well as nimodipine; the neurologic deficit(ND)scores evalu-ated by Leonov method of the cats with tetradrine,nimodipine or Ringer solution intracarotid flush are 16.1±s 8,14.2 + s 4 and 43.7±s 11%,respectively,after reperfusion 1 week.It is suggested that brain protection of tetradrine may be relate with decrease of PGF2α in cerebral cortex.
