【Abstract】 Nd-YAG laser made in China was used in iridectomy or capsulotomy for 12 rabbits. 1h or 24h after operation, corneal endothelial cells were stained with alizarin red S and trypan blue. It was found that corneal endothelium appeared circular damage area with iridectomy and was normal with capsulotomy.更多还原
