连铸粘附性漏钢预报装置工作原理及应用分析

With this system, through the data processing, analysing and logical judgement of the temperature change measured at the mold plates with thermocouple , the sticking type breakout is predicted and prevented. In addition, three year application results of the system in Bao-Steel is also discussed.

【摘要】 本文介绍了采用热电偶测量连铸结晶器铜板温度在发生粘附性漏钢前的变化,通过数据处理、逻辑判断,预报粘附性漏钢的原理,并对其在宝钢板坯连铸机二年多的应用实绩进行分析。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly describes the working prin-ciple of sticking type breakout prediction system.With this system,through the data processing,analysing and logical judgement of the temperaturechange measured at the mold plates with thermo-couple,the sticking type breakout is predicted andprevented. In addition,three year application re-sults of the system in Bao-Steel is also discussed.
