钢锭热过程数学模型及均热炉群计算机控制系统

【摘要】 本文在分析钢锭从浇注、冷却、加热到轧制热工特点的基础上,建立了适合方锭和扁锭的一维无限长园筒控制数学模型;开发了均热炉群计算机控制策略、钢锭优化加热控制、钢锭装出炉决策及状态估计、烧钢方法的择优和动态协调、钢锭烧好实时动态预报、钢锭自动待轧和请求待处理模型等,并采用TI565和CVU6000监控计算机在莱芜钢铁总厂实现了均热炉群的计算机在线控制①。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a one-dimensional control mathematical model of infinite cylinder for ingot thermal process has been established based on the detailed analysis of thermal character of blooming process. This model can be applied to process both square ingots and flat ingots. A computer control system for soaking pits has been developed, which includes control strategy of " multi- target expert-optimization", optimal heating control for ingots,decision of charging and discharging of ingots,thermal state estimation of ingots charged .coordination of optimal and dynamical heating methods,real-time dynamical predication of discharging time and mathematical model of waiting for rolling of ingots . this computer control system has been realized in some plants by employing TI565 and CVU6000 computers.
