MWR仿真程序及在轧钢机主传动系统扭振分析中的应用

【摘要】 本文应用加权残值法(MWR)对轧机主传动系统扭振进行了仿真,并处理了变刚度与变阻尼的情况。通过对轧机主传动系统发生自激振动的分析得出:产生自激振动的主要原因是在轧辊、轧件间形成了混合润滑摩擦。给出了发生自激振动的充要条件及形成不同自激振动类型的状况。

【Abstract】 Considering the different working conditions including variable rigidity and damping , imitation for the twisting vibration in main driving system of the mill is done by MWR method. It is concluded that the main reason of vibration with self excitation is the mixed lubricant friction occured between roll and rolled piece. Also the full and necessary condition to produce vibration with self excitation and factors to form different kinds of the vibration are given in this paper.
