【摘要】 本文着重对板坯连铸机钢包回转台的力学性能进行了全面的分析研究,对模型设计过程中遇到的问题进行了详细的讨论,并提出了建设性的简化措施。钢包回转台力学性能的分析研究主要采用了三维线弹性有限元方法,并对局部构件进行了光弹性试验研究,在此基础上对钢包回转台的结构提出了合理的改进意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper have studied the mechanical behaviours of the rigid arm ladle turret for a slab continuous casting machine.The constructive simplifying measures in modelling the structure have been presented.The main method used in the analysis is three-dimension finice element of linear elastic, accompanied by the photoelastic stress experiment of some components.Therationalization proposal of improving the tower structure of the turret are given from the research.更多还原
