【摘要】 用血清DNA聚合酶活性放射免疫测定法(RIA)测定128例体检人员,CEA和AFP全部为阴性,聚合酶活性测定也均为阴性。另外测定703例献血员,结果700例为阴性,3例为阳性。测定肝癌194例,与AFP测定结果相比较符合率为71.1%。对9例AFP测定为阴性的原发性肝癌病人进行检测,结果8例为阳性,1例为阴性。表明:此酶活性测定可早期发现AFP阴性的原发性肝癌患者,如两者联合检测则可提高原发性肝癌的早期诊断率。对胃癌、贲门癌、食道癌、结肠癌、直肠癌、肺癌和乳腺癌等的测定,还发现此酶活性的测定对观察手术是否彻底,以及治疗效果、病情进展和预后等均具有重要价值。对肿瘤普查也具有相当高的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum DNA polymerase activity was detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA ) in 128 individuals. The results showed that these 128 individuals’ carcinoembryonic antigen( CEA ), alpha foetoprotein(AFP) and polymerase activity were negative. Among 703 blood donors, 700 were negative and 3 posi- tive for polymerase activity. Among the other 9 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma, whose AFP was detected to be negative, 8 were posi- tive and 1 negative for polymerase activity. The results suggest that the detec- tion of serum DNA polymerase activity might be not only helpful to the diagnosis of carcinomas including primary hepatocellular carcinoma, gastric carcinoma, cardiac cancer, carcinoma of esophagus, carcinoma of colon, rectal carcinoma, lung cancer, breast cancer etc. but also valuable for evaluating the postoperational conditions, therapeutic effects and prognosis. Furthermore, it has a significance value in the mass screening of neoplasms.更多还原
