粉煤旋风燃烧器颗粒运动轨迹数学模拟实验研究
NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MOTION TRACKS OF POWDERED COAL PARTICLES OF CYCLONE BURNER
【摘要】 在粉煤燃烧规律研究中,有些物性及工况参数的影响,目前还很难完全利用物理模型进行直接准确的测定。本文是在对四种不同结构的粉煤旋风燃烧器模型的多温三维流场测试的基础上,对流场测试结果进行优化处理,得出四种情况下的流场速度分布规律的拟合函数式;而后分析了颗粒在气相场内的受力情况,建立了粉煤颗粒在三维流场内运动轨迹的数学模型;把测试结果与数学模拟结合起来,籍助计算机,计算并考察了不同粒度和密度的粉煤颗粒在某些初始条件下的运动轨迹;研究了四种结构燃烧器在不同物理条件和初始条件下的粒子运动变化规律及其着壁条件。
【Abstract】 At present , during studying the law of powdered coal particles combustion , it is difficult to directly measure some physical properties and effects of parameters of work conditions on pulverized coal combustion. On the basis of measuring 3-D isothermal flow field under the conditions of 4 kinds of structures , the functions of contribution of air flow velocity are obtained by optimum treating the results. Numerical simulation for motion tracks of pulverised coal particles in the burner by analyzing the forces which exert on the particles is developed. Using the computer, the motion tracks of powdered coal particles with different diameters and densities under some initial conditions through integrating the test results with numerical simulation can be observed and calculated. The motion law of particles and conditions of its landing wall under different physical conditions and initial conditions of the four structural burners are studied.
