微米束核探针及其应用
Microbaam Nuclear Probe and Its Applications
【摘要】 粒子激发的X射线分析(PIXE)和卢瑟福背散射法(RBS)可以用来作作品全元素(Z>11)的定量分析.由于这个方法简便、非破坏性及需要的样品量极少,因此得到分析界的普遍重视.如果将粒子束聚焦,且装上扫描设备和计算机数据获取系统,可以得到样品中元素丰度分布的扫描图.这个核探针曾用于检验一块钢样的裂缝,以分析裂缝形成的可能原因.也曾用于观测东汉年代制造的铜镜的截面上的元素的分布.
【Abstract】 Particle induced X-ray emission ( PIXE ) and Rutherfod backscattering spactrometry ( RBS ) have been used extensively for analytical purpose because of their quantitative accuracy, reliability, simplicity and capability of non-dsstructive and multielement analysis. When these techniques are combined with a scanning focused beam system and a data acquisition system, abundance distribution of elemental composition can be displayed. This nuclear microprobe was used to examine a crack in steel in order to find out possible causes of crack formation, and to obssrve the elsnuntal distribution on a cross section of an ancient copper mirror manufactured in Eastern Han Dynasty.
