钛(Ⅳ)—酒石酸盐—4,5-二溴苯基荧光酮—CTMAB四元配合物的分光光度法研究

【摘要】 本文研究了钛(Ⅳ)—酒石酸盐(Tar)—4,5-二溴苯基荧光酮(DBPF)-CTMAB四元配合物的显色条件及其应用.结果表明,在pH3.8~5.5介质中形成了摩尔比为Ti(Ⅳ):Tar:DBPF:CTMAB=1:1:3:3的四元配合物,其表观摩尔吸光系数为3.02×10~3.钛在0~1.2μg/10ml遵守比尔定律.本法的选择性较高,特别是通常对钛有干扰的W、Bi、Zr、Cr的允许量高.己用本法测定了合金钢及矿物中的钛,结果满意.

【Abstract】 A new highly sensitive Colour reaction of titanium(Ⅳ) with tartrate ( Tar ) , 4,5-dibromophe-nylfluorone ( DBPF ) and CTMAB has been studied. It is shown that titanium(Ⅳ)can form a quaternary complex with the titled reagent, at pH 3.8-5.5. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 3.02xl05L mol-1 cm-1 at 581nm. The molar ratio of the Ti(Ⅳ )/Tar/DBPF/CTMAB of the complex is 1 : 1 : 3 : 3. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-1.2ng/10ml for Ti(Ⅳ). Tolerance limits have been shown for 30 cations [ W(Ⅳ)/Ti(Ⅳ)is 75-fold ] in the presence of masking agents. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of titanium in alloy steels and silicate rocks without preseparation of titanium.
