海绵预富集分离-原子吸收分光光度法测定银
Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometric Determination of Silver with Sponge Separation and Preconcentration
【摘要】 本文研究了用海绵分离微量银的方法,发现海绵对银与1,10-邻菲罗啉的螯合物的吸附选择性和富集效果较为理想.当EDTA存在下,在pH6~7的乙酸—乙酸钠介质中,其他金属离子则与EDTA形成稳定络合物而不被吸附,最后用Imol/L硝酸可定量地洗脱银,洗脱液经定容后可直接用原子吸收分光光度法测定, 回收率大于95%.
【Abstract】 In this paper the method of separation of trace silver with sponge has been studied. It is found that absorption selectivity and concentration effect of sponge to bichelate of silver with phenant-hroline are satisfactory. The other metal ions can’t adsorbied in the pH 6-7 HAc-NaAc solution in the presence of EDTA. The silver can be eluted quantitatively by 1 mol/L HNOs solution.. The recovery of silver is over 95%.The silver can be determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometric method in elute.
