脊髓灰质炎膝反屈状态下的生物力学分析
A BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS WITH ELECTRIC TEST ON HYPEREXTENSION KNEE AFTER POLIOMYELITIS
【摘要】 通过尸体模拟电测试验证实,膝反屈状态下膝后承受张力,应力随载荷及反屈角增加而加大。作者认为,对于梿枷腿型脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者,无论屈曲型或反屈型,矫正后都要注意有一约5°~8°反屈角。角度过小持重不稳,易向前跪倒,角度过大易使膝反屈逐渐加重,失去持重功能。
【Abstract】 Through mimic experiment with electric test on cadavers,it’s proved that under the condition of "back knee" the stress bearing capacity in the posterior part of the knee is increased with increase of loading and hyperextension angle.The authors stressed that in the cases of flail knee after poliomyelitis(both flexion type and hyperextension type) should make allowance for a 5~°-8~°hyperextension angle after correcting the deformities.If the hyperextension angle is too small,patient would be unstable in weight bearing and tend to lean forward.If the angle is too large,the hyperextension would be so marked that the patient would lose his weight bearing ability.
