膝关节屈曲过程中Q角的变化趋势
Q-ANGLE VARIETY TENDENCY IN KNEE JOINT FLEXION
【摘要】 本文利用精密三维测读仪,研究分析了Q角的变化趋势,以及对髌股关节运动的影响。研究结果表明,Q角是一空间夹角,随屈膝角的增大而增大。力线在平面上的投影所呈的平面夹角Q5,在屈膝15°时达最大,而在90°时为最小。Qs在5°15°之间变化,整个变化幅度达10°左右。
【Abstract】 In this study,precise 3-D coordinate measuring meter was used to investigate Q-Angle variety and its effect on the patellofemoral joint motion.The results show that Q-Angle is a spatial angle,which is.increased with the knee joint flexion.In plane Q-Angle Qs was found to reach its maximum when knee joint angle is at 15 degree and its minimum when knee joint angle at 90 degree.The whole variety of Qs is from 5 degree to 15 degree,and the area of variety is about 10 degree.
