纯棉织物非醛防皱整理
Anti-crease Finishing for All Cotton Fabrics with Non-formaldehyde Auxiliaries
【摘要】 研究表明,某些多元酸在催化剂的作用下可以与纤维素发生酯化交联反应,从而使棉织物产生抗皱作用。本文介绍采用柠檬酸(三元酸)处理棉织物的试验情况,包括该类非醛整理剂抗皱整理机理的探讨,催化剂的选择,最佳工艺的优选以及测试结果。作者认为,柠檬酸非醛防皱整理剂完全可以替代N─羟甲基类化合物对棉织物进行防皱整理,尤其是对白度要求不高的有色织物。
【Abstract】 It has been studied that with the addition of catalyst, several polycarboxylic acids can react on cellulose to form an esterified cross-linkage, which can exert a function of anti-crease for cotton fabric. The authors assumed that formaldehyde free crease repellant, such as citric acid can replace N-methylol polymer in creaseproof finishing, especially for dyed or printed fabric which has no strict requirements on whiteness. This conclusion is supported by tests of finishing with citric acid treatment of cotton fabric. The reaction principle of formaldehyde free agent in a creaseproof is investigated with the catalyst selection, the process optimization and the testing results.
