锌强化果冻对改善儿童锌营养状况的效果观察
The Effects of Zn-enriched Jelly to Improve the Zn-nutrition Status of Children
【摘要】 对11~12岁的学龄儿童66人(锌强化组32人,对照组34人)进行补锌效果的观察。强化组每人口服锌强化果冻100g·d1-(营养强化剂为葡萄糖酸锌,果冻中含弥猴桃果汁40%,约含维生素C40mg)。对照组口服不含葡萄糖酸锌的弥猴桃果冻100g·d-1。两组儿童均连续服用90d。通过补锌前后的观察,结果显示:(1)血清锌和发锌值在补锌后均有显著增高。两组经统计处理,不管是与对照组比或实验前后自身进行比较,其差别均有极显意义(P<0.01)。(2)补锌果冻组儿童的身高、体重增长速度均高于对照组,差别有极显著意义(P<0.01)。(3)锌强化果冻组儿童的血红蛋白值和红细胞内游离原卟啉值虽略有增高,但其差别无显著意义(P>0.05)。
【Abstract】 Sixty-six school children (Zn-supplemented group 32,control group 34 at the age of 12~13 were observed for the effects of Zn-supplement, The children of Zn-supplemented group took Zn-enriehed jelly 100g (containing Zn 10mg). d-1for 90d. The supplementary agent in the jelly was Zinc Glueonate. The children in the control group took the jelly without Zinc glueonate for 90 days also.The results show: 1. The Zinc mean values of serum and hair were elevated markedly at the end of Zn-supplement statistically,and there was significant difference (P<0.01) comparing with either control or selfcontrol. 2. The increase rates of body length and weight of the children for Zn-supplementary were faster than the control (P<0.01) 3. Although the values of hemoglobin and erythrocyte protoporphyrin were elevated at the end of Zn-supplement,there was no significant difference between before and after Zn-supplement.
