【Abstract】 The analgesic effect of the intraperitoneal infection of high concentration diclofenac sodium was measured in mice by using the hot-plate procedure and the body twisting reacion. Results show a good analgesic effect with more potent than indomethacin. Its LD₅₀ and L₉₅ were 144.72±18.93mg/kg.更多还原
