【摘要】 4例光损伤性视网膜病变眼底荧光血管造影,检查结果表明:损伤的黄斑区具有毛细血管拱环消失,色素上皮低荧光区扩大和环状荧光素渗漏等特点。临床观察结果显示:经用血管扩张剂、维生素E、C和皮质类固醇治疗后,视力均基本恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Examinations by fluoroscence fundus angiography were given to 4 patients suffered from photic damage of retina. The injuring macular regions of these cases were of the characteristics of the disappearrance of the capillary arc, the enlargement of the low-fluorescence-intensity region in the pigment epithelium and the exusion of circular fluorescein. The treatments with vasodiators, Vit E, Vit C and corticosteroid were effective in these cases.更多还原
