【摘要】 对苏北地区3118名职业献血员抗-HCV和血型测试,HCV总感染率为11.2％,属高感染人群。男性感染多于女性,且随年龄增加而增加。HCV感染和血型有明显关系,A/O、B/O和AB/O相对风险值分别是2.0、1.8和2.3,A、B和AB血型相对O型的OR值分别是2.2、1.9和2.6。提示:A和AB血型的人易感染HCV。更多还原

【Abstract】 A total of 3118 occupational blood donors were investigated for serum anti-HCV and ABO blood groups. The infection rate of HCV was 11,2% . We found HCV : infection rate was higher in man than in woman, and increased with age. There was obvious interrelation in ABO blood groups and HCV infection.It shows those persons who are A and AB blood groups have a susceptibility for HCV infection.更多还原
