粮厂车间空气中谷尘浓度和微生物含量测定与分析

【摘要】 对粮厂加工车间的环境监测发现,A、B两厂的原粮进口、下脚清理和打包三个作业点及C厂各作业点的谷尘浓度均大于10mg/m~3。谷尘浓度与微生物含量之间存在相关性。微生物含量由高到低依次为细菌总数、革兰氏阴性细菌、霉菌和高温放线菌。霉菌浓度由高到低依次为黄曲霉、黑曲霉、白曲霉、棕曲霉和土曲霉。

【Abstract】 Environmental monitoring of grain processing factories showed that grain dust concentration was greater than 10mg/m~3 in all workplaces in the factory C and those of unloading rice, hulling and grinding in factories A and B. There was positive correlation between grain dust concentration and microorganism content in the indoor air of workshop, Total bacteria count in four kinds of microorganism ranked at the top, followed by gram-negative bacteria, fungi and thermophilic actinomycetes. Result of mold identification showed that genus of fungi observed in airborne grain dust was aspergillus, and the most predominant aspergillus in the airborne grain dust was A. flavus, followed by A. ochraceus, A. terreus, A, niger, A. oryzae, and A. candidus in sucession.
