【摘要】 应用环丙沙星治疗急性非特异性前列腺炎52例和淋球菌性前列腺炎27例,剂量0.25g,0.5g或0.75g,q12h,po,3-9do总有效率76％,不良反应8％,用药量与临床效应和不良反应发生率呈正相关。该药0.1-10ng/mL的抑菌力呈线性相关(r=0.999);出现明显抑菌圈的浓度,在枯草芽孢杆菌和藤黄八叠球菌各为0.01ng/mL和0.3ng/mL,相当于诺氟沙星10ng/mL的抑菌力各为1.3ng/mL和1.8ng/mL。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty-two patients with acute nonspecific prostatitis and 27 patients with gonococcal pros-tatitis received ciprofloxacin 0.25g,0.5g,or 0.75g, q12h, po, for 3-9d. The total response rate was 76% and the adverse reactions were 8% in a dosage-dependent manner. Bacteriostatic test showed the MIC ranged from 0.1 to 10ng/mL(r= 0.999). The bacteriostatic ring to Bacillus subtilis was cleared at concentration of 0.01 ng/mL and the bacteriostatic activity of ciprofloxacin 1.3ng/mL was equivalent to that of norfloxacin 10ng/mL.
