【摘要】 呼吸系和泌尿系感染60例(男性27例,女性33例;平均年龄52±15a),用异帕米星0.4-0.8g/d,分2次静滴或肌注,疗程9±3d。结果临床有效率为82％,细菌清除率75％。对19例血药浓度监测,峰浓度为17±7mg/L,谷浓度2±3mg/L。异帕米星和其他15种药物对53株临床分离菌的MIC测定提示该药对肠杆菌科、绿脓杆菌和葡萄球菌属等均具良好抗菌活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty patients (M 27, F 33; age 52 ± 15a) with lower respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infections received isepamicin 0.4-0.8g in 2 divided doses daily in- travenously or intramuscularly for 9 ± 3 d. The total response rate was 82% and bacteria clearance rate 75%.Therapeutic drug monitoring in 19 patients showed the mean peak concentration was 17 ± 7 mg/L and the trough concentration was 2 > 3 mg/L. The result of MIC of ise-pamicin and the other 15 antimicrobial agents against clinical isolates showed isepamicin had good activity against Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococ-cus.更多还原
