固体酸催化羧酸酯化反应
STUDY ON CARBOXYLIC ACID ESTERIFICATION REACTION BY USING SOLID ACID AS CATALYST
【摘要】 研究了以改性强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,用于羧酸酯化反应合成乙酸异戊酯.应用均匀设计方法.对合成反应过程中各种工程因素对产品收率影响规律进行了探讨,并得到定量的回归方程.在优化的反应条件下,乙酸异戊酯收率达98.7%.在此基础上对固体酸催化剂用于连续酯化反应进行了考察,进料空速0.16~0.2g/g Cat·h,反应温度70~80℃,产品质量及色泽优于无机酸催化,催化剂性能及产品收率稳定。
【Abstract】 In the paper,a method for synthesizing isoamyl acetate byusing E-921 as catalyst was described.The catalyst proceed from strongacid type cation-exchange resin have been treatmented.The optimumcatalytic reaction technological conditions by using a method of evenlydesign have been explored. The quantitative relation of the technologicalfactor was obtained.The catalytic characteristic and technological processof the catalyst used to continual esterification have been studied.
