化疗控制美洲钩虫感染的效果和种群变化的研究
STUDIES ON POPULATION DYNAMICS AND CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC CONTROL OF NECATOR AMERICANUS
【摘要】 实验村社区居民钩虫感染率为52.2%,其中美洲钩虫感染占96%,159个居民的美洲钩虫平均虫负荷为2.8条。用数学模型算得的种群动力学参数负二项分布值(K)、密度依赖限制值(Z)、和基本繁殖率(R)值分别为0.52、0.907和1.854,美洲钩虫感染者经药物治疗后第4、7和12个月的再感染率分别为5.0%、9.2%和15.1%,再感染者的修正EPG值分别为140,144和164。理论感染率分别为22.7%、34.2%和42.8%,理论平均虫负荷数分别是0.254、0.528和0.926条,据此认为,单纯运用化疗措施来控制和消灭美洲钩虫流行的效果不理想。
【Abstract】 Adults of Necator americanus were recovered from 159 persons in a village of Wujiang City after treatment with albendazole and mebendazole complex. The mean worm burden of infection was 2. 8 worms/host. The K value of this community was low, ranging from o. 149 to 0. 986 in each age group (with an average value of 0. 52), indicating a high degree of variability within the community. There was a clear relationship between egg output per female worm and the worm burden (the sex ratio being 0. 82 to 1. 00). The mean Z values in this study was 0. 907, ranging from 0. 808 to 0. 974 in each worm burden class.The rate of recruitment of Necator americanus within the human community was 5. 0%, 9.2% and 15. 1% at 4. 7 and 12 months after treatment. It showed that it might be difficult to eradicate Necator americanus by means of chemotherapy alone, even with drugs of high efficacy and were used repeatedly.
