【摘要】 在魔芋组织培养过程中,细胞内并戊烯基嘌呤类(iPAs)细胞分裂素含量的上升与不定芽发生呈正相关,而玉米素类(ZRs)细胞分裂素的含量变化与器官发生无显著关系。培养基中细胞分裂素类物质的种类和浓度,影响魔芋愈伤组织细胞内iPAs的生物合成,从而影响魔芋愈伤组织的细胞分化、器官发生和植株再生。魔芋愈伤组织的不定芽发生对培养基中CTK种类有很强的选择性,适宜的分化培养基为MS+NAA0.5mg/l+6—BA2.0—4.0mg/l。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shoot formation in in vitro tissue culture of Amorphophallus was positively correlated with the concentration of iPAs in the media and not correlated with ZRs. The kinds and concentrations of cytokinins in the culture media influenced the cell differentiation of the calli, of the organogenesis and plantlet regeneration of Amorphophallus through their effects on the biosynthesis of iPAs in the callus cells.
