【Abstract】 Taking 7—10 days ovule crossed with Brassica Napus and B.Juncea beingcultured,the results show that various breeds and crossed combination need different require-ments of media and adaptability.The higher the rate of hybrid fruit-bearing was,the biggerthe amount of hyrid ovule seedling would be.It is authenticated by biology and chromosomenumbers that the regeneration plants getting from hybrid embrid embryo crossed with Bras-sica Napus and B.Juncea prove to be a true hybrid.更多还原
