【Abstract】 The total Chromium (Cr) quantity in Hypopthalmichthys Molitrix body which from Miquan area and Hongyanchi reservoir was meassured with sys-piphenyl Carbazide colorimetry method by modal 721 speetrophtometer. the result show that the total content of Cr in Hypophthalmichthys Molitrix muscle tissure are 0.631 ppm and 0.348 ppm in Miquan area and Hongyanchi reservoir respectively.
