【摘要】 为了进一步探讨在青少年近视眼研究及防治中的较为理想的散瞳调麻方法,本文选择太原市9～16岁儿童少年运用快速调麻剂对睫状肌麻痹效果做进一步观察分析。同时用1%阿托品眼药水作同体对照。对两者的散瞳检影结果的一致性进行了定量和定性分析,并对影响因素以及在近视眼研究和防治应用时的适用情况进行了分析。结果认为快速调麻剂可用来代替1%阿托品应用于屈光检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find a ideal cycloplegic agent for study,prevention and therapy of myopia, we examined the refractive status of 236 children aged 9 to 16 years. Tropicamide,as a cycloplegic agent, was used and compared with 1% Atopine in the same body. Consistency of the two eycloplegic agents was compared in qualitative and quantitative analyses. The results indicate that tropieamide can be used in refractive examination for study ,prevention and therapy of myopia.更多还原
