锰硅复合强化铸态强韧性球墨铸铁的研制
The Development of As-cast High Strength and High Toughness Nodular Iron Casting Strengthened with Manganese and Silicon
【摘要】 通过强化孕育工艺,提高石墨球数量,减轻锰的偏析,同时采用较高的含硅量配合锰作为强化元素,获得铸态混合型基体组织,达到α_b>600MPa,δ>10%的高性能。
【Abstract】 Mixed matrix structure was obtained by intensifying inoculation to increase the S.G. count, reduce the segregation of manganese ,and,simultaneously , by adopting relatively high content of silicon which together with manganese acted as strengthening elements. As a result a high level of properties with σb>600Mpa and δ>10% was reached.
